General Rules Of The Hotel:
Guests shall use the apartment units strictly for residential purposes. Any other use requires prior written approval from management.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and enclosed areas. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas to prevent fire hazards.
All furniture, appliances, and amenities provided are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted to use in-room facilities.
Guests must not move, remove, or tamper with furniture, fixtures, or equipment without prior approval.
Excessive noise, including loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior, is not permitted at any time, as it may disturb other residents.
For extended stays, routine housekeeping may be scheduled periodically. Management reserves the right to access and clean units when necessary for hygiene, safety, or maintenance purposes, with reasonable notice where possible.
Flexible reservation conditions:
All flexible bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment method. The cardholder must be one of the guests or provide a signed authorization form with valid identification.
Adhan Apartments LTD reserves the right to pre-authorize a payment method to confirm validity and ensure sufficient funds. This is not a final charge and will be released according to the issuing bank’s policies.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the standard check-in time (2:00 PM local time on the arrival date).
Failure to cancel within the allowed period or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
Full property contact details will be included in the booking confirmation for ease of communication.
Non-refundable reservation conditions:
Bookings made under non-refundable terms are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Full payment (100% of the reservation value) is required at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Costs for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning will be charged accordingly. Any pre-existing damage must be reported immediately upon check-in.
Guests are responsible for settling all charges incurred during their stay. Adhan Apartments LTD may place a temporary hold on a payment method to cover incidental expenses such as damages or additional services.
Accommodation is provided on a short-term rental basis as agreed at the time of booking. Unit details and pricing are specified in the reservation confirmation.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests must avoid any behavior that may disturb others, including loud music, television, or conversations.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including penalties, eviction without refund, or involving security authorities, in cases of serious rule violations.
